Stature gives you informational height and growth estimates and a daily routine — it's not medical advice. Using the app means you agree to the terms below, including how Stature Pro subscriptions renew and how to cancel them.

1Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2The service

Stature estimates your possible adult height and remaining growth from the profile information you enter (current height, age, family reference, daily habits), and offers a light daily routine and educational articles. Estimates are statistical projections built from established growth-chart methodology — not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

3Eligibility

Stature is intended for a general and teen audience. If you are under 18, please review the app together with a parent or guardian, particularly before subscribing to Stature Pro.

4Not medical advice

Nothing in Stature is a medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Growth patterns vary widely and can be affected by factors the app doesn't know about. Talk to a pediatrician or doctor for anything related to your actual health, growth, or development.

5Stature Pro subscriptions

Stature is free to use for core tracking. Stature Pro unlocks the full height prediction, monthly reports, and full daily routine, billed through Google Play or the App Store:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the store listing at the time of purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Manage or cancel any time from Google Play → Subscriptions, or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS — not from inside Stature.
Refunds are handled by Google Play / Apple under their own refund policies; we don't process refunds directly.
Prices may vary by region and are set at checkout by the store.

6Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell access to the app.
Don't use the app in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden it.
Don't misrepresent your age to access content not meant for you.

7Ownership

The app, its design, illustrations, copy, and underlying code belong to us. Your growth-profile data belongs to you — see the Privacy Policy for how it's stored.

8No warranty

Stature is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match your actual future height. Growth prediction is inherently uncertain.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

10Termination

You can stop using Stature at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be flagged in the app or on this page, with an updated effective date above.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, in addition to any laws that apply where we're based. Nothing here limits statutory rights you can't waive by contract.
